They took my hybrid and could troubleshoot an issue that Kendal missed twice. Staff are very friendly, very knowledgeable, don't talk down to people, and price is fair. What more could you ask for in a mechanic? I live very far away from them but its worth every trip!

I really appreciated them getting my vehicle in and serviced right away! I got an oil change and cabin filter replacement. There was a diesel engine particulate filter issue that they referred me to the dealer for which is much appreciated because I’d rather get the referral to take it to AUDI than have someone try to fix the issue but mess the vehicle up even more. I couldn't be more pleased with the service. I brought my vehicle in because it was making a very strange sound - it ended up being a part that would have been outside of my budget at this time. Due to a situation I'm in, I am unable to trade in this vehicle. Kaylie at the front desk and Eric the mechanic were able to put in the time and effort to meet my needs within my budget. It took me a while to post, but I really appreciate the crew here. They repaired special needs alternator on my Toureg. It was a little pricey but it was a lot of work. Like me, my car does not make things easy to work on. Hincs on the special needs alternator. They did a great job, and my car has been running smoothly. Thank you, guys. You are the best.

I could not be more pleased with the work done on my Mini Cooper this week. The staff at AIR got a few things very right: 1. They scheduled me quickly 2. They performed the repair on time and exactly on budget with my quote which was in line with my research. . 3. They were responsive and kind when I called. The above is great work - what follows is excellence... 4. When I picked up the vehicle there was a minor issue, this isn't uncommon, Mini Coopers are tiny sewing machines the devil is absolutely in the details when it comes to these cars. - The staff immediately diagnosed the problem and told me it was safe to drive for the weekend so i would not be without the car (this was late on a Friday) 5. They then scheduled me on Monday and had the issue fixed at no charge by 12:30 pm on the same day. 6. Finally in auditing the transactions to the previous week their staff apparently discovered a charge that wasn't necessary - a charge I'd have never questioned - and called me to refund me the cost. I have a new import shop in Anchorage - if you're looking for one --- Look here.

The dealership quoted ~$6600 for new CV joints; these guys got it done for $2200. They also drove me across town to my workplace and picked me up at the end of my workday. As someone who lives in Palmer, it was very convenient to get the job done in one day.

These guys are awesome! They took great care of my new Honda and they even were willing to take the time out of their busy day - on a day I wasn’t scheduled keep in mind - to show me how to properly read the oil dipstick (previously I owned a 20 year old Toyota and new cars are foreign to me!).

Battery replacement and computer Coding for 2018 VW Atlas. Reasonable price, took exactly the expected wait time. From the 1st phone call to the jobs completion, everyone I spoke with seemed completely knowledgeable on how/what needed done. Appears to be fixed right the first time. 100% all all expectations.

We brought my wife’s X-5 in, expecting to spend over $700. We got the problem fixed and put the door for under $200! The mechanic explained everything to us and the cashiers were friendly and very helpful! Excellent place to take your German or Japanese vehicle!
